Pòg Uisge Lusach Sgealp (Gaelic Gin Spiced Kiss)

Perfect for Valentines – or any other day of the year!

To serve two you will need:

• 70ml Uisge Lusach Sgealp/Spiced
• 35ml Cointreau
• 70ml Pomegranate juice
• 15ml Lemon juice
• 15ml Grenadine
• A small handful of pomegranate seeds

Divide the pomegranate seeds between two martini glasses. Place the rest of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice, shake until chilled, then strain into the glasses. Garnish with red rose petals for that extra romantic touch!
